What is your return policy?

We accept returns! Make sure you know if you're items are eligible.

Return Eligibility

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item.

USED and INSTALLED components are NOT eligible for return.

Warranty related items are not eligible for return directly to Edge Autosport. To submit a warranty claim, please go to our support center and submit a ticket to our support team.

Special order items that are previously disclosed as special order items to the customer are not eligible for return or a refund.

Exchanges and Refunds

We do not accept exchanges. Instead, in order to make the exchange process easier, we simply accept returns after they are approved through our returns center and refund the original payment method the appropriate amount after any potential shipping charges or restock fees. If you need to replace the item with a different part, you can choose to purchase the item before your return is processed or after.

Restocking Fee and Return Shipping Costs

A restock fee of 5% may be charged for any standard return. A restock fee of up to 30% may be charged for items that need to be repackaged or items that arrive blemished and cannot be resold as a new item.

If an item was shipped using a free shipping method, the cost of the original shipment will be deducted from the refund. The cost of the return will also be deducted from the refund if you choose to use the label we provide.

Refunds

Returns and refunds can take up to 10 business days to inspect and process after being received.

Damaged or Missing Components

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item for any damaged or missing components.
