Not everything goes the way we want. Ugh. No worries, returning an item is easy.
In order to submit a return request, please visit our return request page.
Once there, you'll fill out your order number and email address, select the item you want to return, answer a couple quick questions, and submit your request.
Once we receive your request, we'll take a look at all the details and let you know if the request is approved. If approved, you'll get a confirmation email with a shipping label to send the items back.
Once we receive the items back, we'll process your return and refund within 10 business days of receiving the return.
