Learn about each order status and what they mean.
There are a few order statuses that will be assigned to your order, based on how it is being fulfilled.
AWAITING FULFILLMENT - This status is the default status assigned to every single order that is placed in our online store. This status is immediately shown in your account after placing an order. Although it means that your order hasn't shipped, the good news is that we did receive the order. If your status says awaiting fulfillment, don't worry. We're on it.
PARTIALLY SHIPPED - Many orders we receive have multiple items in them. However, we don't always fulfill all our orders from the same place. Like many online retailers, we ship from both our own warehouse, directly from manufacturers, and from drop shippers we've partnered with. This is a very common practice and it means that multiple item orders could come from multiple places. If your order is partially shipped, it means just that. Only some of your order has shipped. Your shipment confirmation email you received should display what items have been shipped, leaving any that aren't on that confirmation as the ones that have not been shipped yet.
SHIPPED - This is pretty obvious! Whether it was all in one box or separated into multiple shipments, this means all items have successfully shipped out and are on the way! For single shipment orders, you'll get a single shipment confirmation email. For multiple shipment orders, you'll get a shipment confirmation for each set of items that were shipped together.
There are a handful of other order statuses that can be seen and it might depend on issues experienced during an order. If you see "Pending" or "Awaiting Payment", it could mean there was a problem with your payment or your connection during the transaction. Although it's not common, it does happen.
