We're always happy to take care of any item that is damaged upon arrival. However, we frequently get asked about damaged AccessPort screens only to find out the protective screen cover they get packaged with hasn't been removed yet.
Before you submit a support ticket, please make sure to check if the damage is on the protective screen cover that is meant to be removed, and not on the AccessPort itself.
If the AccessPort itself is damaged, go ahead and submit a support ticket and we'll get right on it.
